Going through surgery when your overweight puts you at more risk for fatality.To lose weight successfully, everyone should know that you need to burn more calories than your body intakes. You are promised the world if you give in to the weight loss industry.  Here are some simple ways to lose fat that can be incorporated easily into your everyday life.

1. Bring the color blue into your life. The color blue is an appetite suppressant. Most fast food chain restaurants refrain from using the color blue in their interior because it suppresses appetites. Try using a blue tablecloth on your dining table, incorporate blue into your wardrobe, and even try serving your meals on blue plates. Just as they are colors to suppress appetite, red, orange and yellow encourage you to eat more. This is a good way to lose weight weithout going on a diet.

Think you are taking in more calories than you really are by adding 10% to your diet,adapt the way you eat to fit your new calorie intake goal. Your new number to your calorie intake is more likely accurate if you add 10% on top of that, for example your daily intake is 1,500 and you add 150 more calories to what your eating.

Try not to overdo it on weekends.  As a result from a study of the University of North Carolina, they found that people take in an extra 500 calories on weekends because of fat and alcohol. We don’t always eat our calories.   You can drink calories too.

4. Try to brush your teeth after ever meal. Having that clean, minty fresh breath you get after brushing your teeth, will trick your brain and body that your done eating. Trick your brain and body by brushing you teeth after a meal, it will give you that clean, minty fresh breath that will keep you from wanting to eat more. It’s that same feeling you get after you brush your teeth at night right before bed, you don’t feel the need to eat after you brush your teeth, otherwise you’ll get that taste of whatever you’re eating along with the taste of toothpaste.

5. Squeeze in a passionate make out session. The Kinsey Institute New Report on Sex says that you can burn an average of 6.4 calories per minute just by kissing passionately. Just by kissing passionately 10 minutes a day, 23,000 calories can be burned a year!

6. Eat only when you hear your stomach is growling
. Tons of people eat due to boredom, nervousness, frustrations or even out of habit. Before you eat, make sure your stomach is growling. It most likely cravings instead of hunger if there is something specific you want to eat.

7. Eating restaurant style can help you lose weight
. Eating restaurant style (one plate with food) instead of family style (large platters in the middle of the table) can help monitor the amount of calories you take in because when your done you are done, no second helpings.When you’ve eaten everything on your plate, you are finished.

8.Before your meals, take a walk. Walking can keep you from feeling as hungry and it’s also a good way to burn calories. This is a great secret for losing the weight.

9. Consume nuts rather than eating a sugary treat. Even though they are high in calories, they can help you lose weight. Along with that feeling of satiety, they are also quite filling.

10. Eat in front of a mirror
. You can eat 1/3 less of your meal when you eat in front of a mirror.By watching yourself in the mirror while you eat can remind you why are doing this.
