Do you want to lose the beer belly? It’s a not an easy goal to achieve. You’ve gone through a lot with your old friend that you used to party a lot with. Going to Sunday footballs games together, attending those wild college parties, and grabbing a beer during happy hour.  You 2 have shared some great memories, but things have changed and you want to lose the beer belly.

In order to lose the beer belly you will need to patience and strong dedication. Paying attention to the messages the media conveys,you might be fooled into following the latest celebrity diet or popping a few pills every four hours can give you the body of a runway model. To be honest, you are going to work a lot harder to lose your beer belly.

Believe it or not, it’s the truth. All those beautiful people  you see in magazines, tv or in movies are so fit and healthy all because they exercise and eat healthy. In order to lose that beer belly, wouldn’t following their regime make sense? Yeah, it will take effort but it doesn’t have to be as challenging as you would think.Most people who are tryin to get rid of their beer belly will take up running or do crunches. You would think this would make sense. Doing sit ups and crunches won’t get rid of your beer belly, it will just strengthen your muscles. In order to burn calories, running will help. Doing only sit ups and crunches can only achieve nice toned muscles UNDER your beer belly unless you do more workouts.

What can you do if you ab exercises won’t lose the beer belly?

Step 1, stop drinking beer.  I know this may sound like an impossible feat for you. Don’t you think that the reason you have a beer belly is because of all that beer your drinking? You don’t have to all together give up on your beer, you can just not drink as much.

There are two parts to losing that beer belly.  To lose your beer belly, incorporate exercise and healthy eating habits. If you choose only one of the major factors, you won’t get the maximum results you wish to achieve. Yes, exercise might burn more calories, but if you don’t eat less calories in the first place you may not be burning more than you eat.Exercise is a big factor in losing weight but if you’re eating more than you can burn than your results are minimal. Doing both diet and exercise will help maximize results if you want to lose your beer belly.

First you will need a healthy diet.Start paying attention to what you eat. Make sure your body gets all the nutrients it needs. Proteins, complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals are the nutrients your body needs to absorb. Once you start eating right, you metabolism will increase and you will start to burn more fat.

Secondly,…EXERCISE. Cardio (aerobic exercise) and resistance training (strength training) is what you would need to do. To burn extra calories, aerobic exercises like running, calisthenics, or  any other form of cardio can help, plus it can also strengthen your heart and increase your stamina. Doing strength training can help you gain that confidence you need in order to strut your stuff next time you’re at the beach.
