Most of us realize that flabby arms are caused by being overweight. It’s safe to say that if you’re flabby in other areas of your body, your arms won’t be far behind. The remedy is going to be for you to find a good diet program that emphasizes less calories than what your body processes.

This is only going to be the first step. Other parts of your body will be losing fat before you begin to notice the loss in your arms. Another important step in the “how to lose flabby arms”  process is going to be the incorporation of working out with light weights. This is how it’s done.

Have a seat in a sturdy chair. Your feet should have constant contact with the floor and spread evenly apart to shoulder width.

To begin, you need to have your two 5lb dumbbells. Pick up your dumbbells, one in each hand, palms facing forward and slowly begin to curl your right arm up towards the ceiling. Your elbows should be stationary to your side. And then lower that weight back down to its resting position. Perform that same movement for the other arm.

Now rest for about 30 seconds. Your goal is to reach ten to twenty repetitions for each side. You should do a total of three sets.

If you want great results, do these every other day 3 times a week.

On your alternate days, you should be performing some sort of cardiovascular exercise such as running or stair climbers for about 20 minutes. It’s essential that you do some kind of cardiovascular exercise in order to get rid of the fat.

For those of you who have been considerably overweight and have lost a large amount of fat, the flabby arms that occur afterward is unfortunately going to remain.  Diet and exercise isn’t going to be the solution.
